Firebee Honey

The raw honey used in Firebee Honey comes straight from the hive to your home with minimal filtering to retain all of the healthy properties found in honey. Our honey is sourced from bees in northern Kansas and comes from a variety of floral sources including clover, alfalfa, sunflower, soybean, and wildflower. 

Most commercially processed honey is heated to 180 degrees and pressure filtered to 10-15 microns. This processing removes the healthy pollen, enzymes, minerals, and vitamins that naturally occurs in raw honey. Firebee Spicy Honey is gently warmed to less than 120 degrees to minimize heat damage and is gravity strained to 400 microns to preserve the many health benefits of natural, raw honey. 

Pollen grains range from 20 to 150 microns depending on the flower the honeybee visited.  Firebee Spicy Honey is gravity strained to 400 microns to remove large pieces of wax, therefore retaining all the pollen in raw honey.

What kind of honey is used in Firebee Honey?

Orders placed by 2:00pm CST Monday-Friday for in-stock items will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm CST or on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. Items that are temporarily out of stock will have a note indicating when they will ship on the product page. You can place your order at any time and it will ship on the date indicated. Items are generally out of stock for less than 48 hours. All orders have automated emails with tracking numbers sent when the order ships.

How long does it take orders to ship?

Upon receipt of your order, if you are not 100% satisfied simply contact us within 3 days and let us know how we can help. If we are unable to quickly resolve the issue to your satisfaction you can send back your order for a 100% refund of your purchase. Please chat with us or contact us here to return your order.

What is your return policy?

Estimated ship dates are provided below the product name on each page and on the cart page during checkout. We maintain a near 95% on-time shipping rate based on those estimates. An automated email with the tracking information for your shipment will be sent out as soon as it ships.

Most orders are shipped via UPS SurePost, while orders for single squeeze bottles are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Heavier orders may ship via UPS Ground. Most orders arrive within 3 days of shipping.
